Nathan Fox

Triple jump – Bronze

Nathan is one of Great Britain’s most prestigious triple jump talents. After breaking the UK U15 national record at 14, he became the first and only person of that age in British history to jump over 14meters (14.11m).

Nathan represented England at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, placing 6th in the final. Since then Nathan has won three consecutive British Indoor Championship titles and will compete for Team GB at the 2017 World Championships in London.

Off the field, Nathan runs two businesses, which involve selling merchandise as well as doing inspirational talks to help motivate the next generation to achieve their goals. So far Nathan has spoken to over 250,000 young people across the UK.

Nathan regularly uses Harrow Leisure Centre and Vale Farm Sports Centre for his training. His top tip is to “always do something you have a passion for. Never give up and always have fun!”
