Kola Adedoyin

Triple jump – Bronze

25-year-old Kola competes in the triple jump. He first got involved with athletics in primary school and has been competing in his sport for 12 years. In that time he has won gold twice in at the National Indoor Championships as well as reached the finals at the World Junior Championships.

Off the field, Kola is the co-founder of an athletics agency which aims to inspire young people to get involved in sport. Through his efforts, Kola has inspired over 10,000 school children by encouraging increased involvement in sport.

Kola is now focusing his attention on medalling at the Commonwealth Games, and making his mark on the field at Tokyo 2020.

Kola trains at Everyone Active’s Sunbury Leisure Centre.
